- Go to the website: www.recovery-code.com  

- Go to Register and enter the code of your sticker and confirm.

- Enter the contact details where people can reach you in case you have lost your mobile phone or item. 

  One telephone number and one email address is sufficient and mandatory, but several are also possible.

- The first e-mail address you provide (the one with * at) will be your account e-mail address and is linked to your password afterwards.

- Also create a password and agree to the Terms and Conditions and click on “Activate”. You will also receive a confirmation email. 

  Also check your “spam”, sometimes e-mails end up there. 

- Open your camera on your mobile phone and point it at your QR code, a link will appear at the top, press it. Or download one of the free QR code apps to scan.

- You are then on the website, press yes to the question “register now”.

If you have a cover, this can safely be glued under the cover, if your item is found, people will always look under the cover (to see if there is no bank card or    something underneath).

But you can also simply stick your sticker directly on your mobile phone, iPad, etc….

- You can hang the QR code tag on your key ring, sports bag, separate car key, pet, in short, all possible items where you can hang the small clip on. As well as a school bag, golf bag, travel bag, vest, etc….

- Go to “login” on the website, enter your email and password.

- Click on the code for which you want to change the data, then click on “edit” to change your data. Then click on save and your data has now been adjusted. 

- Go to “login” on the website, enter your email and password.

- Click on the code for which you want to change the password, then click on “edit” and change your password. Then click on save and your password has now been changed. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail. 

- If you do not remember your password you can request a reset. We will send you a link via email, after which you can enter a new password. 

- You can register as many codes as you want, even for companies or institutions with multiple codes this is no problem.

- However, you must always enter the same email address at the 1st email address (the one with * at). Also your same password. 

- However, you can always specify different telephone numbers and 2nd email address if necessary.

- If you use another 1st email address and password, you have just created another account for that code, no problem.

Choose "R-C Extend" in our selection menu.

Log in with your email address and password.

Press the "Renew" button that you see next to the code or codes in your account.

You will then be forwarded to the page where you can determine and pay the term.You can extend your code from as little as €0.25 / month.

Check your email spam box. The email is probably in there.

Log in with your email address and your password in your account. There you will see the validity date next to the QR code.
